I have a monitor E176FPB with a problem. The problem is that there is a black area on a half of bottom screen. I have tried to disconnect from my Dell computer, and tried turn on the monitor, I saw that test menu moved in the screen, but there still has a black area on bottom of the screen. When the test menu moved into the black area, the test menu disapeared and hided behind into the black area.

 

By the way, I replace another monitor for my Dell computer, it works find. I thought that my Dell computer works fine.

 

Does anybody know how I could fix the problem? Does my monitor need to replace?
