the problem is that the unlock does not work. any button I press displays the lock icon. even when I follow instruction in user guide and press back button.
I suggest you to press and hold the back button for 10 seconds and check if the “OSD Other Settings” page is displayed with the “Unlock” option. You can also try this with the “Menu” button. You will have to turn off monitor for some time and then perform the steps again to unlock the On Screen Display.
