Hello. I've been using this Dell monitor for a while, but it began flickering today with some weird kind of burn in when displaying certain colors (gray). I've attached a video:

It also happens when I'm connected with my laptop to the display with HDMI. I've used the diagnostics tool in the display for the video. It is only there on some colors, like gray, but all the other colors in the diagnostics tool look fine. I've already reset the display, reset it to factory settings and removed the power cable. The image stays the same, even if I don't connect the HDMI cable. Is there any way to fix this?

UPDATE: After letting it sit unplugged for a while (10 min) the flickering and burn in is gone.
