Ragistration problem

I purchaged a Dell monitor ST 2220L ( s/no. CN-0P9H7F-74261-15P-0N1M printed on back side of monitor ) from www.smcinternational.in on 20th Sep. 2011, but I can not register this product at following link-

May I know the problem to register this product ?

Is this  product not elegible to support or warranty for 3 years from DELL ?
