Just received this 22" two days ago with an E530. Due to the limited number of USB ports (4) on CPU, I had to plug keyboard and mouse to the monitor. This move lets me discover a problem with its USB ports. Every time when I turn my computer, the USB ports on 22" do NOT work at all. It leaves me without keyboard and mouse. After a few tests, I realized that I had to turn off the monitor (power button) and turn it on again, then I will hear "ding dong" initializing the USB hub on monitor, all USB ports then work again. But it is very annoying to do so every time when I start the computer or re-boot. I switched the monitor's USB cable to different USB ports at back of the CPU, it doesn't resolve the problem. Is it a defect and should I return it back to DELL for replacement? Thanks.
