I want to clone twices,can emc networker do this?

example,there are two tape library and one EDL,one tape library is local,another is remote.Data are backuped to EDL first,and clone the data to a local tape library,then clone to a remote tape library.

How can I do this?
Local tape clone is group?and the remote clone is volume?
