VSS Failed to Initialize Backup
I has install Networker user on Windows 2008 Server SP1.
Then I run Networker user it show error message, So
Backing up files of client 'test.abc.com' to server 'bkk'
ERROR: Failed to initialize backup, error=0x80042301: VSS Backup or Restore is not in the correct state for the operation, or the writer is not in the correct state.
7154:(pid 8592): Unable to set up VSS filesystem directives. Failed to back up D:\Add User\.
After that, I has look at the Windows log:Application.
I found message VSS error with event ID 8193 and has detail message is
" Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine IMultiInterfaceEventControl::GetSubscriptions, hr = 0x80010108.
Please help me to verify about this error.
What it come cause? and What is solution to solve?.

Also make sure your VSS writer service is started.
