Firmware upgrade S4810P

Hello All,

while I am trying to upgrade the firmware on S4810P switch. it's say " file size is greater than allocated TOC size."

current firmware is 8.3 and upgrading to 9.10 using FTP.

can you please help me in this.

Please see the attached also. This is firmware upgrade path and you need to use USB drive for upgrading firmware on switches.

If the your switch is on 8.3.x.x then we advise you download 9.10.0.1v
