Go to SolutionGetting email spammed by dell
Have no clue were to post this. What I decided to do this morning was unsubscribe from the mailing list as I was getting sick of it and now I have been getting emails from dell every 10 minutes. I talked to tech support guy via chat about 5 hours ago saying he has me removed from the list... I'm still getting the emails. Please just make it stop.

I'm very sorry to know about your experience.
As the tech support team has requested to unsubscribe you from the mailing list, for direct mail to take effect please allow 4 – 6 weeks.
Because some communications, such as direct mail catalogs, are developed and queued for distribution well in advance, you may receive additional information after we receive your request.

For emails allow up to 10 business days and up to 3 months for Direct Mail for your preferences to take effect.
Yes, you'll continue to receive the email until this is suppressed.

I'm sorry to hear that.
Could you private message the email address, I contact our suppression team and have them suppress your email.
Like I said even if I escalate to the suppress team it would be the same time frame as 10 business days to unsubscribe from you receiving emails.

Dell Partner GEM Program, Out of Warranty Support Options, BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate, Get a copy of your Dell invoiceReply Also I think you got confused with emails and standard snail mail. Emails do not need to be prepared in weeks advanced to send via actual mail. Removing my email from the distribution list should be a simple SQL command (or whatever database architecture you use).
Though you have a real problem on your email server as it shouldn't be sending me this much emails in a single day and especially when it's the same email. Because right now I'm getting 144 emails a day from you. And if that takes up to 4-6 weeks to fix this that is 4032 to 6048 emails I'm going to receive in my inbox.
