My R11 wireless stopped working suddenly yesterday. The adapter shows as active and enabled in device manager but when I use the windows "troubleshooter" it tells me to select a wifi network and the only thing that shows up is airplane mode at the bottom of the screen. Airplane mode is NOT enabled.

There are numerous wifi networks within range and nothing is showing up and my previously defined wireless connection is not connecting or showing up to allow connection.

I've reinstalled drivers, deleted drivers, scanned for malware etc.........Nothing seems to be working. Up to this point I made no changes to the PC and nothing I have tried seems to be working.

Coincidentally, or not, it appears a windows feature update to version 21H1 failed to install recently.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
