I have a satellite connection for  the internet.  The modem is connected to my ethernet  plug.  Now how am I supposed to connect my router, Belkin N300 to the computer,  Inspiron 530s.

I can not be the only person who has run into this.   Just want my new laptop to connect to the internet.
