I can't connect to the internet.  The Status of our Wireless Network Connection is listed as "acquiring network address," but when I view my wireless network, it says that I'm "currently connected to this network." It also says "acquiring network address."  I clicked on the Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility.  The Green Bars icon is light up as green.  The SIGNAL is listed as "excellent," The Status here is listed as "unknown." 

I went to the technical support section and followed the instructions for "trouble shooting wireless network."  I followed all the steps.  The only major change was to allow windows to configure my wireless network settings.  I followed through with all the steps, but I still can't connect to the internet.  I keep getting a pop up from Wireless Network Wizard.  The message reads "this utility is not currently managing your wireless adapter." If I allow it to do so, would that undermine windows ability to configure my wireless network settings?  Should I allow the utility to manage my wireless adapter?
