i have dell latitude E4300 , and have a problem with its wireless networking , when i turn ON my laptop  as well as wireless switch the bluetooth starts working but the wifi does not but after doing some work on the laptop and then turning it to sleep mode and then again to normal mode the wifi starts working it has wifi link 5100/5300 agn i am so disapointed from this problem although i have changes too many windows currently i am using windows 7 32 bit ops
