Internet Command.Router Issue:

I talked with one of my cousins the other day, and he stated that his son is supposedly visiting sites that he feels his son should not be downloading and visiting.  He stated that he has received numerous letters from network administratives about his sons behavior, and the Reps of the networks state that it is his duty to monitor his sons activity.  Now the dilemma is that he states that: "he cannot keep up with all the sites his son supposedly visits, however, he further states that he only finds out about these sites way after the fact, and when he does find out, his son has moved on to another site to haunt".

Now the issue has arisen that one day the father logged on onto the internet and as he was scrolling down his web page, he states that multiple pages just started popping up of sites that had his sons e-mail address in a box, and the site revealed to him his sons activity.  It was three email addresses listed in which the son supposedly has been chatting with.  All of a sudden, the computer crashed and when the father logged back on, to go back to his email box, he received email from the site stating that he had wrongfully breached the members information, in which is his son.   He replied to the message and informed the webmaster that he was just scrolling on his web and the pages popped up.  He further stated: "how can at one minute network administrators state that he must manage and monitor his sons activity, and on the other hand denies him visitation to his sons account and will not let him see what his son is doing and whom with".  He further state to the administrator that the only time he becomes aware of his sons activity is when his son has supposedly violated some protocol of the network and they send him a letter wanting the father to contact the person his son has been chatting with and offended some explaination and apology. But any other time, they will not give him access to his sons account until something goes wrong and wants the father to fix it.

        What must my cousin do?
