Good morning, thanks for fast answer, I tell you I did what I listed but the antenna cables were connected to the wireless card, however I encourage you to disconnect from the motherboard and antenna cables to clean, but was not dirty we did it anyway, but plug it in and turn on the laptop was the same problem, but thanks to your idea of revising the wireless card, another idea occurred to me to exchange the antenna cables from the wireless card (of course under my own risk) and losing the Dell warranty and when I turned on the laptop to my surprise, the wireless icon bars increased to four from eight meters from the AP and being in my office. Took my new youtube listening connection Dancing in the Dark Mike Mareen:) ... Honestly I am grateful that thanks to your idea, it occurred to me one to me and we could solve the problem. Browse to the image, then click on insert.
If you see a box with a red x, don't worry, the image is still there.
Width cannot exceed 550 pixels. The image size will be smaller if you pictures are bigger.

I would check to see if the wireless adapter is seated correctly and the antenna wires are connected. For instructions CLICK HERE.
Intel's website states...

Includes support for Intel innovative features, including Intel® Wireless Display and Intel® My WiFi Technology.
Meaning it connectes on the 2.4GHz frequency only. Most wireless N routers use 5GHz, unles you run the router in the G mode.
