RIS problem with Optiplex SX280 (Can anyone Help!!)

I've used ris many times before with no probs, however ive now got 50 SX280 that wont play ball because of the Broadcom Nics built in.

My RIS server is 2003, i built and configured my machine to be imaged (XPsp2) ran RIPREP as uasual put the image up to the server, no worries there, but when i request the image on annother PC i get

"The operating system you have selected does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter.  Try selecting a different operating system image.  If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Setup canno continue.  Press any key to exit."

ive tried adding a folder to \\SERVER\\REMINST\Setup\English\Images\Imagename\i386\$oem$\$1\Drivers\Nic and putting the driver files B57win32.cat B57win32.inf and B57xp32.sys in to it which i had downloaded from broadcoms website.

I have also edited the Winnt.sif file adding the lines
[unattended]
DriverSigningPolicy = Ignore
OemPreinstall = yes
OemPnpDriversPath = Drivers\nic

I also added a folder named $oem$\$1\Drivers\Nic to the i386 folder of the ripreped image
and adding the above driver fies there aswell.
ive been stopping and restarting the BINL service and there are no PNF files to delete in the i386 directory.

Where on earth is it looking for these wretched files...because ive pulled just about all of my hair out now!!!

ive followed MS instructions broadcoms instructions yet im still in the same boat..
has anyone figured this one out yet because im out of ideas now...

yours Paul
