Wireless adapter goes missing after every reboot problem

Details: Inspiron 6400
Intel Proset Wireless 3945 ABG

This has been going on for a few weeks now. When I boot up the laptop, the wireless adapter is gone from down by the clock and from the 'Network Connections' area. It is in the Device Manager with a yellow bang beside it. The only way I can fix it is to go into Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs and go into the Intel/Proset Wireless config and do a repair. But I am tired of doing this every time I crank up this baby. Something is not right.

Is this a gitchy bug with an update?

Thanks for any help

Make sure WLTRAY.exe is in your startup.

Thanks for the responses. The re-install of the driver fixed it.
