i can get on line using safari but can not get on line using explorer shows im conected but im not

Hi joechick1,Please go through this link and see if its helpful. http://dell.to/1i9zzV8  Try deleting caches and cookies. Also try resetting internet explorer. If nothing works you might have to reinstall it. Let me know how it goes.
