Please could someone help me my pc fails to boot i have lights 3 & 4   with  1 & 3  flashing on and off.   I have tried other memory and get the same result also swapped the graphic card and still stays the same.   Power on off light is stable green and all fans are working and usb ports have power.  If someone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated.
