The adapter you linked to on parts-people has a 7.4mm barrel tip.
The 9020M uses a 4.5mm barrel tip.
This adapter will not work without another adapter to adapt the 7.4mm to a 4.5mm, the Dell D5G6M adapter cable.
The OP will need to be sure their laptop adapter has the 4.5mm tip - https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=search&search=Dell+laptop+adapter+4.5mm+tip

You can as per this web page. Notice the part number and the huge number of compatible systems. That adapter is used in a great number of Dell systems. Actually the same adapter as I have for my Latitude E5430.
