Hello there, so i had my optiplex 740 for a year now. Too busy with work, haven't got a chance to turn it on for like 5 months now. When i turned it on, the fan buzz quite loudly but no display, orange light on the power button and on the motherboard. So, should i switch my motherboard or my Processor ?
