Oracle Stretch RAC with EMC VPLEX is a solution that is supported by Oracle. On this web page called, "RAC Technologies Matrix for Linux Platforms" Oracle states: EMC VPLEX technology is supported. On a similar web page called, "Oracle RAC Technologies Certification Matrix for UNIX Platforms" the same statement applies: EMC VPLEX technology is supported.

When companies like Oracle and EMC work together the customer benefits and technology adoption is accelerated. It is the customer that truely benefits as they can quickly recongize a technology will be supported across vendors eliminating confusion.
