Dell R610 Collecting System Inventory

I have 2x Dell R610 servers. One proceeds quickly through POST while the other drops into "Collecting System Inventory" for about 10 mins before booting.

Is there a way to disable the "collecting system inventory" on every boot?

    Hello

    Access LifeCycle Controller>Home>Hardware Configuration>Hardware Inventory.

    Select CSIOR link.

    Disable or Enable CSIOR. 

     

    It should solve the issue

    Thank you very much ! I had the same  problem on a DELL PowerEdge R210 II and your solution worked.
