DRAC web interface hangs IE

I have a 2650 which I just rebuild with Win 2k3 and updated all the firmware etc and now when I try to access the RAC vial the web page all that comes up is the top banner and then IE hangs with an hour glass. 
 
Any idea what's going on here?

    make sure java is up to date on the system

    Most recent java was downloaded and installed at the time of the server rebuild.  Note the server was rebuilt yesterday.

    Can you use racadm from the command prompt on the server?
    Have you installed Server Admin with the Remote Access Controller option?

    I have 4 freshly rebuilt Dell 2650 servers that are all having the same issues with their RAC's.  I have tried 3 different laptops / desktops and tried different java version to no avail... it hangs both IE and Firefox.
