Ensure the remote HTTP/SMB/NFS server is correctly configured and reachable. For HTTP, verify HTTP/1.1 support.
Upload a valid server certificate if the connection type requires it.
Reset iDRAC to factory defaults, and then reconfigure the remote file share settings.
Switch boot mode to BIOS and turn off Secure Boot if the OS doesn't boot after mounting the ISO.
If none of these work, contact Dell support for further assistance, as occasionally deeper firmware or system issues may require their intervention.
Your error is not hardware related and is almost always fixable by following the steps above. Start with a firmware update and server certificate check, as those are the most common root causes for persistent "unexpected error" messages

The easiest thing to try first is to SSH to the idrac IP, log in, then run this command to reboot the idrac: racadm racreset
The system will not reboot, but the idrac will reboot and you will lose connection to the idrac for about 3-5 mins. Then you can log in again and try to open the gui again. I also suggest clearing the browser cache while the idrac reboots.
@DELL-Rey G when i try connectiong an ISO file it was poping up this message i did the restart as mentioned still i cant be able to connect my ISO file.

Hi
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Update iDRAC firmware to version 7.00.30.00 or later.
Try the operation via RACADM or Redfish API, which do not suffer from the same UI bug.
