Memory problem. compatibility or wrong slot ?
Hello,
Actually, i have a T310 Server with 4GB of memory. 2x2GB Modules
I have buy 2x 8GB DDR3 10300 ECC UDIMM modules and i have install on 3 - 6 connectors and doesn't works.
I have try to put just 1 module of 8GB in the slot 1 and nothing to, screen dell , loading don't move..

Compatibility, as the T310 doesn't support 8GB UDIMMS, it only supports UDIMMS up to 4GB in size. You can see on page 110 here that it only shows up to 2GB UDIMMS being supported, but that has since changed to include 4GB UDIMMS as well.

Prefer to buy RDIMMS for 32 GB.
