After a long delay I installed the 6TB drives and the H310 setup screen shows the drives as blocked. Within Lifecycle Controller the drives are invisible. The drives are Seagate SEST60NM0014,
Sadly they are not properly recognized. I have done all the updates for the Perc 310 firmware and drivers, and the drives can be seen but they are not recognized as being 6TB.
I have H710P to install (maybe over the holidays) and I will try the 6TB with it, but I don't have high hopes.
I am going to look for a NAS enclosure that will take the drives.
Sorry for bumping an old topic. I just wanted to put this here so that it will help someone else who is looking for an answer. H310 and other 12G RAID controllers don't support 4Kn sector drives like ST6000NM0014 and they will report incorrect size or the controller will block the drives. Get either 512n or 512e sector size drives and they will work fine.

Kjohnston8,
The largest drive that Dell offers for the T320 is a 4TB drive. That doesn't mean that the 6TB drive won't work, just that it isn't tested in the server. If the specs match the 4TB drives then it should work, but you would have to test it to be sure. You can also get further details on the T320 here - http://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_poweredge/poweredge-t320_Owner%27s%20Manual_en-us.pdf
Let me know how it goes.
