I picked up a used Poweredge 4400 couple days ago, for some reason the server does not recognize the Raid hard drives even though they are all on with green lights.

I checked the bios set up and it seems the battery is not working because the date and time dont get updated. Do I have to change the battery? is there any special procedure to do that?

Please help! i need to set this server as our email server asap, but I cannot get it on! see the attched picture, for bios info.

I can boot the computer with "Dell Openmanage Server Assistant" disk but its not booting up from hard drives.
