I am working on a Dell PowerEdge T420 that was purchased in an auction. I am new to the server world after being away from it for over 10 years and skills are weak. I need to format and install SBS Standard 2011 and I seriously have no idea where to start since there is no documentation or disks with the system. Can anyone tell me where to begin so i can work my way back through the initialization of the system, load the OS and get it ready for my client?

Laid off a month ago and am trying to make some money doing contract work so this will really help me pay some bills. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
