Hello, 

So we have had an issue with our T30's since BIOS version 1.5.0 and today 1.6.0 was released and we still see the issue. 

It will contact wsus but it will not report updates.WSUS requires the chassis family name to be able to report its updates. On both versions it is just missing after installation. It was fine prior to this. 

We have tried to reach out to support and get no where with them. 

Does anyone have any suggestions of how we could reach to Dell to get them to include the Chassis Family?
