T30 USB problem
Hello,
I'm having USB controller driver not loading after a win 7 install. It is the T30 13G with Zeon processor on an Intel MB. I've went thru the normal routine of updates from Windows, Dell and Intel with no luck. I wiped the drive and did a Win 10 install with no problems. Sounds like it should be simple right? Dell supportassist does not work on this box nor can I get help from Dell outside normal business hours. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Windows 7 is not a supported operating system on the T30. This is not something that warranty support can assist with. If you choose to run an unsupported configuration then it is up to you to try to get it to work. We do not have Windows 7 drivers for the T30. Windows 2008R2 is similar to Win7, you can try 2008R2 drivers to see if they will work. You can find information about OS support on our Server and Storage OS support article.
