Adding to an existing array using a faster drive.

Right now I have raid-5 consisting of 3 10k rpm drives.  Can I add another same size drive to the array but the new drive I have will be 15k rpm instead of 10k rpm drives that are currently on the existing array?

Would this be a problem at all?  Would the 15k rpm just run at 10k rpm ?

Thanks for your help in advance.

This will work fine.  The 15k will run at 15k.  Cache will take care of the data differences between the drives.

Is it possible to add 2 drives at the same time?  Or do I have to do it one at a time when I do reconfigure in order to preserve the data?

You can add as many drives as you like.
