Has anyone successfully loaded Windows XP on a R310?

I've tried various drivers with no success:

Dell SAS 5 and SAS 6 Controller
Device Driver for Windows XP
Version 1.28.03.01

Dell PERC 5 and PERC 6 RAID Controller
Device Driver for Windows XP
Version: 2.23.0.32

I keep getting BSODs when the drive operation mode is set to RAID or "Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer" when the drive operation mode is set for SATA.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
