N2048P switch rebooting issue

I purchased the N2048P switch a couple of days ago, and it has been experiencing random reboots at unpredictable intervals. The reboots are labeled as "TEST BENCH SCREENING" in the logs and occur without a clear pattern, disrupting network connectivity. I have updated the switch to the latest firmware, and upon inspection, the switch appeared clean inside. However, I have been unable to configure the switch, including adding an IP address, due to the frequent reboots. Assistance is needed to diagnose and resolve this issue.

    Hello thanks for choosing Dell.

The term “TEST BENCH SCREENING” in the syslogs of a Dell N2024P switch typically refers to an internal diagnostic or manufacturing test that was performed on the switch—often before it was shipped, meaning it's most likely you got a second hand system.

Hence, can we ask you to run the activities below to collect logs
    #show techs-support
    #boot system backup
    #reload

so that we check logs for further analysis for reported issues.
