Backup Exec 10.1 download

Question

We had very little luck installing 10.0 and then downloading the patches/hotfixes directly from Veritas.  Dell Support said to uninstall everything and get the 10.1 upgrade off their site.  I downloaded the zip file and extracted the ISO file.  We have SMS2003 and I tried to install Sonic Backup MyPC Deluxe v6 to write the ISO file to a CD but I the server abends when I run the Backup MyPC.  I don't know what to try next.  Is there another better CD writer package or a workaround to creating the ISO CD?

I managed to get the ISO CD creation issue licked by downloading another shareware ISO program.  When I execute the install from the CD, it gets to the MDAC install and terminates It notes that 'MDAC 2.82.1830.0 is installed on this system.' ERROR: Failed to install MSDE 2000 BKUPEXEC instance.  Just for curiosity sake, I went back and tried the original Dell 10.0 CD and it did the same thing now.  I was trying to just do all of the defaults and let it create the MSDE on the server as opposed to in some other location.  I am now in the process of downloading the same install from the Veritas site (it showed up since I was there 2 weeks ago) and will try that version.
