Bypassed Physical Disk means that physical disk was not recognized.

Do you have a data on disks?

The following actions could help to resolve an issue:

Perform the following steps to reinsert the physical disk:

a Remove the bypassed physical disk from the expansion enclosure.

b Wait at least 30 seconds.

c Reinsert the physical disk. Its fault indicator light may be light for a short time (one minute or less).

Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru.

I tried inserting disks with the system turned off. I tried to insert them during operation. I tried discs of different brands. Still the same result.

Thank you for logs, I've checked them and found follow:

Drawer status: Optimal         

Position: 0    

It means, that there is no issue with drawer 0, but only with unsupported physical disks. As you informed, all disks are not from original configuration. In logs I see also that all 4 disks are not recognized by system:

Hello Maria,

thank you very much for your reply and for analyzing the logs. I'm glad the device is fine. I searched for them for a long time and transport from abroad was not easy either.

If I understand correctly, I can't use today's 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 TB disks in my device, can I?

I also own a Dell PowerEdge R720, where there are similar limitations and these large drives work normally there. Before I bought the MD3260, I wrote to a user who uses Samsung EXOS 16 and 18 TB in this unit.
Can these restrictions be circumvented? Any newer firmware, ...?
The discs that are on the supported list are very old models and small in size. Hard to find in our country. I need to find an alternative.

Hello Maria,

Of course, I understand that you can only guarantee the functionality of certified disks. 
Mostly, but non-certified disks also work on the device at the user's responsibility. So now I was surprised that I tried 5 different discs from different manufacturers and neither was recognized.

So I have another question. Is there any chance that the device will recognize a disc that is not certified?

And the second question. Will the certified disk database help me extend this update?
