Dell Precision T3610 I7-3930K

Hi! I bought an i7-3930k. I installed it on the computer, but it didn't give a picture, but the fans went. I reinstalled this old processor, the Intel Xeon E5-2640v2. It worked perfectly well with that. My question would be, in this case, what can I do to make the i7 work? Is it compatible at all? Thank you for your answers!

It is not compatible. The T3610 supports the Xeon CPUs and this forum post should help.
