Can I upgrade my CPU processor to a new one?

Welcome to the Dell Community @pjcevallos
Sorry but the CPU is soldered to the system board.
To upgrade would mean replacing the whole system board.

Serious work on an E5430 and constantly building and working on an i5-6500 Desktop
