Lost video connection by using Thundebolt Dock station with 3591 Precission Workstatiom.

I'm using Workstation Precission 3591 (Windows 11) with Thunderbolt station .<To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>
The notebook randomly, several time in a day, lose video connection with monitor. I have to switch off and on the monitor (Dell U2720Q). Afterwards everythung is running smoothly, however after random time (sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 2-3 hours the problem happens again). The monitor is connected by HDMI, latest BIOS and driver updates installed on dock and NB.

When I connect the monitor direct to notebook, the monitor works without any issues. It looks like there is some issue wuth the docking station.

I would appreciate any hint how to solve the problem.
