precision 5510 Thunderbolt™ 3

When I attached monitor (DELL P2419HC with with USB Type-C Connectivity)  to the Thunderbolt™ 3 connector of precision 5510 with USB-C cable(included by monitor) , the monitor can't find  signal in Type-C, and the monitor can supply power for Precision 5510.

But, when I connect this monitor to my friend 's HP laptop by the same method, the monitor can work properly and its USB-C can power the laptop from the monitor.

what should I do if I want to connect precision 5510 to DELL P2419HC only with one USB-C cable to transmit power an video.

Ultimate connectivity in one: clutter your desk with the included USB-C cable, a single cable solution that transmits power, data, video and audio.

@lucky bear  Read my posts in this thread to understand why it doesn't work with that specific system, why a pure USB-C connection actually wouldn't be a great solution anyway in your particular case due to your system's power requirements, and a suggested workaround.
