Precision 5530
I have a Dell precision 5530 and the touch pad have erratic cursor movement (like the laptop was too much busy) but when i plug a external mouse the cursor work great.
Windows Update: done
Reinstall all mouse driver: done
Install and review using dell support app: done

Very possibly a touchpad problem especially since a USB mouse works fine. That part is available at Parts-People here.
