First, I apologize for my bad english.

I try to describe my problem:

When I try on the menu of the printer to send a PDF via USB to my PC there is only a white page. I tried it on 2 different PC.
Same problem.
It does not matter whether flatbed or document feeder.
When i scan from the PC everything works fine.
I tried already different PDF viewer.
  
Windows XP SP3
Latest drivers and firmware.

Someone got an idea?
