Hmmm, please help if you can, my printer says it isn't recongising the right ink cartridge as it's installed incorrectly..however, it clearly is, tried different cartridges and the like but to no avail..as a result nothing can be printed (not even black ink...) can anyone help me out please, i've tried everything but no luck, it sounds so simple, perhaps it's just broken?
