I bought a new Inspiron 531S with Vista and the 968 AIO printer.  It will not install, even after Dell Support worked with my system via Net Meeting.  The recommended solution: restore my system back to the condition and settings when I purchased it, then try to install.  I can still print with it, but the AIO center is Nonop.  Any ideas?
