The question that I have is - I have a Dimension 8300 and the computer is asking for the file 'dlbfusd.dll' on Dell is needed. I have used the Resource CD to find the file, with no help. Where can I find the file at ?!!
I also have the CD and can't get the printer to scan, I checked the info on the website and it says to do this and that and still doesn't work. Your reply to this vwphilly guy was completely on par with the substandard support you get from Dell. Tell those guys in the commercial they are full of it. Where's the support?
dlbfusd. dll error generally occurs on the dimension 8300.the error occurs when the above file is missing and when you are trying to reinstall OS (especially the video drivers).
solution: uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.still no go. ***disconnect the printer and then go ahead with installation ***it works.

That is part of your Dell printer software. You should have that CD.
