Tried to print from website, but all the blue writing was so smudged I couldn't even read it! says colour cartridge is half full, tried removing it & realigning the cartridges, but no difference! tried cleaning the ink nozzles...no help! cant work out whats going on.....if the blue ink's running out why is it going into overload & smudging everywhere! was fine last week! Any advice is greatly appereciated!
