Can someone tell me the reason a printer..

A940 jet combo (Dell) has begun printing both out of the margins AND a seperator page? This began only after we installed the upgrade for our accounting software. We have used the same accounting software for 2 years.

I have reinstalled the print driver, and this does not fix the problem. This is not an issue on the HP printers, only the dell mentioned above.
