DBAR upgrade failed
hello all
i have xps 8700.
the motherboard was changed, so when i go to upgrade to dell backup and recovery premium i get "upgrade failed".
not sure but must be because of new motherboard.
anyone have anything to help?

dell gave me new code that worked

Hi Brian,
There is a possibility that this issue could be related to the software. Hence try uninstalling/ reinstalling the Dell Backup and Recovery application and check if that helps. Also post some pictures of the error messages that appear. Then i can check and see what can be done.
