Iolo Software - System Checkup
Hi,
I recently purchased from Dell a new XPS 8700 pc running Windows 8.1.
Amongst the software which was loaded on this PC was an Iolo Software package called System Checkup.
I have now tried to use this software. After an initial scan of my PC, it reports that I have quite a number of "issues" which need fixing. When I try to do this, the software leads me into Iolo screens requiring me to pay more $$$s to either get new software or to activate what I already have in order to fix the problems.
Having paid Dell quite a sum of money for my pc, together with whatever software Dell decided to give me, I do not see that I need to pay any more.
How can I get this software to fully work on my pc????
Your help would be appreciated.

Sorry, this is not an answer, but a similar complaint. In fact, I received an email from Dell today saying to get your "Free PC Health Check". Well, inspecting your PC is free, but when it gets to the point where you can select "Fix Now", they want to charge you $29.95! What is FREE about that?
