I am Vmware Admin working on Vblock platform and datacenter technologies.
I would like to know which of the EMC VNX Certification is suited to me. Also if there is any books trainings available for these certifications.
1. E20-545 VNX Solutions Specialist Exam for Technology Architects
2. E20-324 VNX Solutions Design Exam for Technology Architects.
3. E20-547 VNX Solutions Specialist Exam for Storage Administrators.

Unfortunately, there are no textbooks for these courses. We do offer VILT-Stream courses for these, as well as eLearnings online.
Have you checked with your supervisor about what training would best fit your role?

Do my current company need minimal level partnership to be able to pass E20-390 as referenced as "Partner Only" Exam ?

Hello Thibaud - EMC Proven exams are open to anyone. The EMC training available to you, however, will be dependent upon your company's relationship to EMC. Certain tracks focused on EMC specific technology are open only to employees and partners.
This certification framework shows which tracks are available to each audience. In this reference, "Open" is available to the general public.

Hi Smartadmin - the VNX certification you decide to pursue will likely be dependent upon your role and the needs of your employer.
First, the items in your list (E20-545, E20-324, E20-547) are exams, not certifications. You can find a complete list of EMC Proven Professional exams and certifications here. Be sure to view the Certification Framework to see what is required to achieve EMC Proven Professional certification.
Typically, those involved in presales and the architecting of solutions pursue the technology architect track. Individuals focused on using and administering EMC solutions pursue the Storage Administrator track.
